100 days as CEO of Disecta
Ludvig Lindqvist looks back on his first 100 days as CEO: sharper positioning, new dialogues and a clear direction ahead.
Ludvig Lindqvist became CEO of Disecta in November 2025. After 100 days, he sums up the time like this:
"When I started in November, I knew I was stepping into something with great potential. I also knew it would take pace, focus and a fair amount of rethinking. These first 100 days have been intense, challenging and a lot of fun."
What we've done
In this period, Disecta has:
- sharpened its positioning
- dared to be clearer about what Disecta is, and isn't
- held structured dialogues with leading companies
- opened doors that used to be closed
- started to build a more active, long-term route to market
"We've done a lot, but what matters most isn't what we've done. It's how we've done it. For me personally, it's been about working with colleagues I value highly, and about going from analysis to direction, from idea to execution and from opportunity to priority."
The problem isn't a lack of data
"What has really landed with me is this: the problem out there isn't a lack of data. It's that organisations don't use their data for something valuable. That's where I feel we can make a real difference."
"I'm proud of the team, grateful for the trust, and more convinced than ever that we're only at the beginning. On to the next 100 days."
