From first meeting to first decision

A Disecta engineer sets up Disecta Decision at your company and stays until the first decision proposals are part of your work.

You don't buy consulting hours. You get a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), a named engineer from Disecta's product team who works with you, on site and remote, with one goal: that you make decisions on proposals from Disecta Decision, on your own data and in your own work.

  4. Phase 4First proposals

What you get

Besides Disecta Decision in place at your company, you get four documents that work internally too.

  1. Decision map. Which decisions Disecta Decision prepares, for whom and how often.
  2. Control record. How the six controls are set: access, tools, traceability, exact calculations, validation and human approval. What IT and security need.
  3. Data quality report. Which flaws in the source data were fixed and what remains.
  4. Before and after. The time it took to prepare the basis by hand, compared with the time with Disecta Decision.

What you bring

Your FDE does the work, but the decisions and the access are yours.

  1. A decision owner with the mandate to make the decision.
  2. A contact in IT for access and security.
  3. Access to source systems and documents.
  4. A few hours a week from the people who make the decision today.

How to start

Start takes one decision area through all six phases, at a fixed price and on a fixed timeline. After that you can add more decision areas, which go faster because the groundwork is done, or keep your FDE a few days a month for new sources and new decisions.
